PERSONALISED TELEPHONE ANSWERING:

•       All calls will be answered in your company name by our  friendly, professional staff. Messages will be forwarded to you.
•      If you wish to use the same telephone number you are currently using it is possible to divert that number into our telephone system.

MAIL & COURIER ADDRESS:

If required, you can utilise WYSE Secretarial Service for your business mailing address.

AGREEMENT PERIOD:

•      A License Agreement is required to be executed.
•      Minimum Agreement period of three (3) months.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

•       Two month license fee is required as a security deposit, payable at the  commencement of occupancy.
•     Your security deposit will be refunded on termination of your license.

VIRTUAL OFFICE - ACCESS

•         You will have access to all main office areas, any pre-arranged casual office hire, kitchen and bathroom facilities, and by way of allocated access code, use of the photocopier/fax.
•     Our staff are available from 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday (outside these hours, arrangements are to be made with the manager of WYSE Secretarial Service).

To assist in giving your clients the "PROFESSIONAL SERVICE" you would expect, all WYSE Secretarial Service staff will be trained with basic knowledge of your company's products and services, as per your instructions.

VIRTUAL OFFICE - WEEKLY RATES
